What is Energy Healing?

I feel that everything is energy with a certain vibration and frequency.  When we are born, all of our systems, organs and energy fields vibrate at the level of unconditional love which is optimal for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and well-being. After birth, however, we begin to absorb the negative beliefs of our family and society and to block the natural flow of emotions through our consciousness. 

This creates imbalances in our energy fields that often manifest as physical problems, disease, stress and discomfort.  While most of Western science focuses on healing the symptoms or effects of energetic imbalances, energy healing addresses the root cause of disease, stress and discomfort. Often it is quicker and more comprehensive to clear things energetically than through more traditional approaches to healing.

After over ten years of helping a wide variety of people around the world, I am convinced that almost everyone on this planet can benefit from energy healing. But I also feel that people have "healing styles" as well as learning styles and that we each are unique and respond differently to spiritual healing techniques. Some people benefit from sound healing, others from color healing art, others from listening to audio transmissions or watching healing videos.

I have formatted my healing work into a lot of different forms - healing art, self help tools, healer training programs, healing videos, etc. to help people to find the most perfect possible healing technique to assist them. Below is a video I created to help people to learn how to heal themselves!
