In June 2012, my parents had an auto accident and I spent three weeks in Virginia going back and forth between the hospital and nursing home. It was a very traumatic time for me and I got really discombobulated by the energies of the hospital and nursing home. I was so frazzled, tired and depleted that I ended up taking on a lot of energetic stuff from my family. It took me several weeks after I got home to Florida to clear myself of all the weird energies.

In August 2012, I returned to Virginia in two weeks, I was meditating about what I could do to stay clearer energetically and I saw this image of a warrior/super hero with a crown, ring, cape/cloak and shield.

·         When I asked what these symbols meant I got the shield was a Fear Transmuter Shield to transmute fear and fear-oriented thoughts, feelings, attitudes, etc. Fear is really the antithesis of love and the glue that binds the cage of third dimension limitation and mass consciousness. Mastery often boils down to shifting from a life oriented around fear to one centered in love.
 

·         The ring was a Midas Touch Ring to help me to clear, transmute, heal, release and dissolve lack and scarcity consciousness so that I could make money easily, effortlessly and naturally even when I was spending most of my time helping my parents to recuperate.
 

·         The cloak was a Cloak of Invincibility to help me to align at all times with my heart and to accept, embrace, express and embody the Love that I AM and the energies of the most pristine part of my soul (what I call the highest level aspect of my monad).
 

·         The crown was a Crown of Sovereignty that would protect me from taking on other people’s energy as well as the negative energies Gaia is releasing as well. The Crown of Sovereignty also would protect me energetically from negative beings, interference, mind control and manipulation as well.

Each day I was home, I would start and finish by day by visualizing putting on the Rainbow Warrior of Love shield, ring, cloak and crown. It made a HUGE difference to me energetically. However, once I returned to Florida I forgot about this visualization exercise.
